Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 132

Build An Adventure in Cub Scouts!
Cub Scout Pack 132 is chartered by the local Kiwanis Club of Carmel.

Pack Meetings are held during the school year at College Wood Elementary in Carmel, Indiana.  Our Cub Scouts typically attend College Wood; however, other boys and girls in the area are welcome to join our Pack at anytime!

Cub Scouts have the time of their lives making new friends and learning new things in an environment designed to help them succeed. From building his own Pinewood Derby® car, to learning how to roast the perfect marshmallow with his best friends at a family camp out, your child will LOVE being a Cub Scout. So if he or she is in Kindergarten through Fifth Grades, or 5 to 10 years old, then it's time to have some fun with the Cub Scouts!

How Does Cub Scouting Work?

The Cub Scout program is designed to involve your son in a group of kid his or her own age to have fun, make friends and see new things. Here the kids will also gain a sense of personal achievement from the new skills learned.

Your Child is a Member of a DEN:

A DEN is made up kids approximately the same sex and age or grade. The DEN meets approximately two times a month for Tiger Cub Scouts (First Graders) and approximately one time a month for all other grades.  Each DEN has a DEN LEADER, but the DEN LEADER shares the planning of the DEN meeting with the parents.

Your Child is a Member of a PACK:

A PACK is made up of several DENS and meets once a month. The Cub Master leads the monthly PACK meeting, but each DEN will have a part in the PACK meeting.  Some months, the PACK meeting will have special themes such as Pinewood Derby®, Blue & Gold Banquet, or Guest Speakers. Other months may be devoted to a Service Project.
